Mutant Hillbilly is possibly the all time biggest fraud of the sideshow freaks.

In reality, H.B., as he prefers to be addressed, was a top Wall Street Investment

Banker for almost 20 years until he managed to wreck the entire economy by

selling sub prime mortgages to foreign dupes. Found out by the S.E.C. he hightailed

it to the Ozarks in the deep  Missouri hills where, with his 30 million dollar golden

parachute he began to reinvent himself as a submarginal obese party boy. He quickly

became the rage in big demand, as a centerpiece at fundraisers. "Invest in a mutant,

he is our future", was his slogan. With a M.B.A. from Harvard, a Doctorate in

Economics from Stanford, he finally managed to gain a booth at Chumpy's Baitshop

before moving to the big time at Circus Freakos in Las Vegas.

While performing in Vegas he met and married Paris Stilton, heir to the world's

largest cheese fortune. Eventually the honeymoon was over and he was tossed to the

curb where he found a want ad seeking fat, oozing freaks for an upstart sideshow

"Blubberific". And now you know the whole story.
