It was inevitable that Skippy Elliot envisioned a world ruled by monkeys. His

kingdom had been long in the making as he advanced his control over his primate

companions. "One monkey sees another smoking, one monkey sees another toking

on a quart of jack and eventually they are all part of the same thing", Skippy would

proclaim.

Obsessed with the notion that his primate brethren could drive and shoot better any

human, Elliot commenced to prove his point by creating the monkey squad. Using

cigarettes and "an open bar" his chimp pals were capable of anything. Prudently,

Skippy made certain they never got drivers licenses nor proof of age, lest they grew

independent. Many of his most talented pupils did manage to procure easy credit

which he turned into his own, disclaiming, "You gave a monkey a credit card".
